Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
Selling Solutions Inc. will provide full replacement product at no charge (including covering the costs for shipping and handling charges for the replacement product) if there is proven to be a material defect with any component of the Power Negotiator Toolkit that does not permit the Audio CDs or the Data CDs to play on applicable media or computer equipment. Selling Solutions Inc. will refund 100 percent of the purchase price if an order is cancelled prior to the order being shipped. Selling Solutions Inc. will not allow returns or provide refunds for any requests other than for those made for material defect in the Audio CDs or Data CDs.
All damaged product(s) being submitted for replacement must be returned in the original DVD case packaging in order to qualify for full replacement. Product must be returned to:
